This may be the new be the new “average” pricing for ~3000-4000 sq. ft homes in Arapahoe Ridge (low to mid $800s). I rated this home with 3 stars. A bit more modern updating for $855K and I’d rate it 4-5 stars. The peak in Arapahoe Ridge is still 5205 Holmes which I had the pleasure of marketing and selling earlier this spring at $875K.
Next spring/summer may be when the new peak eclipses $900K. Time will tell. The Eisenhower/ Arapahoe Ridge area is a hot spot for families.
